Field-ready fleet control

See the fleet. Act on what needs attention.

Fleet Service Tracker is a browser-based maintenance workspace for grounds crews and workshops. Find an asset, run a field inspection, turn defects into jobs, and keep parts and service history together.

A practical control room

The details that keep a fleet moving.

Designed around the real sequence of maintenance work: identify the asset, capture its condition, make the repair visible, and keep the next service from becoming a surprise.

01

Find the right asset

Search by code, model, brand, location, equipment type or service scope across the embedded register.

02

Inspect in the field

Scan a label or select an asset, then work through a checklist suited to the equipment in front of you.

03

Close the loop

Failed inspections can become defects and workshop jobs, carrying the issue forward instead of losing it in a notebook.

04

Keep parts honest

Separate exact fitments from serial or variant checks, with routine service quantities distinct from failure spares.

05

MEX exchange

Import a MEX CSV or Excel export with preview and column mapping, then export a provisional MEX-ready file. Researched part fitment is never overwritten.

06

Back up browser work

Export and restore local inspections, defects, jobs, stock, appearance settings and other browser-entered changes.

07

Keep requests moving

Open a Supply needs request, see its equipment context, and track it from waiting to ordered, obtained, not obtained or denied.

08

Give each role the right view

On the live depot, owners and authorised admins can scan a compact tick/cross access summary, then tune menu tabs and actions for custom roles with a clear Change history for shared work.

A 60-second tour

From scan to service history.

Every page is there to move the same simple workflow forward. Start with the asset, leave an evidence trail, and finish with a next action the workshop can trust.

01

Select or scan

Open Inspect / QR, choose an asset manually, or use the camera and its manual fallback to identify the machine.

02

Record condition

Complete the equipment-specific checks and write the useful detail while it is still fresh in the field.

03

Route the issue

A failed inspection can create a linked defect. Defects can move directly into a workshop work order.

04

Repair and verify

Add parts and labour, complete the job, close the linked defect, and record the service event against the asset.

Useful boundaries

Know what is shared, certain and ready to act on.

Fleet Service Tracker is built for a small depot: clear about where data lives, honest about fitment evidence, and focused on the next maintenance action.

Public demo vs shared depot

The Pages demo is account-free and browser-local. The invited depot at fleet.projectrelay.app shares operational state in D1, with role controls and Change history.

Evidence before certainty

Equipment-specific inspections and EXACT, CHECK or TBD fitment labels keep uncertain parts visible. MEX imports preserve researched fitment instead of overwriting it.

Small-team workflow

Field reports, defects, workshop jobs, supply requests, usage calendar, parts and backups stay connected around the same asset—without enterprise-sized setup.
